Mezbahn is a Malaysia-based interdisciplinary research and professional development organisation, founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2001. Over two decades of sustained research, we have built the world's first coherence-based professional development system — the Self-Realised Professional (SRP)® framework — integrating modern physics, neuroscience, psychometrics, and the wisdom of seven contemplative traditions into a single, measurable, culturally inclusive model. Our flagship instrument, the Scale-Invariant Coherence Index (SICI), and its underpinning research framework — the Scale-Invariant Coherence Phenomenological Framework (SICPF) — were accepted for presentation at the 26th World Congress of Psychiatry, Stockholm, 23–26 September 2026 (Abstract #1468, Topic AS65: Religion, Spirituality and Psychiatry).

WCP Stockholm · India · SICI · White Paper. Mezbahn's research program reaches its most significant milestone to date: Abstract #1468 accepted for the 26th World Congress of Psychiatry (WCP 2026), Stockholm, 23–26 September 2026.
The Scale-Invariant Coherence Index (SICI) and its underpinning White Paper are published alongside the conference presentation. Mezbahn Technologies Private Limited is established in India, with offices in Jammu and Gurugram, extending the SRP and SICL programs to the South Asian market.

International Academic Validation The SICPF research framework was presented at four international academic conferences: Complutense University of Madrid (2024), ECRSH Austria (2024), Sapienza University of Rome (2025), and the World Mental Health Congress, Barcelos, Portugal (2025). Dr. Harold G. Koenig, Professor of Psychiatry at Duke University and the world's #1 researcher in spirituality and health, endorsed the program and recommended publication in peer-reviewed journals.
2023
HRD Corp PLM Malaysia Madani ApprovalMezbahnSRP® received approval under HRD Corp's PLM Malaysia Madani program, enabling fully funded delivery to Malaysian SMEs and expanding the program's reach to a new tier of employers. The SRP workshop was presented at the National Human Capital Centre of Excellence (NHCCE), Kuala Lumpur.
2021 - 2022
As Mezbahn celebrates its 20th Anniversary in 2022, it continues to provide services to renowned local and international companies.
The project “Self-Realised Professional (SRP) ®” is Mezbahn's flagship initiative for Mental Well-Being. It was launched worldwide in 2022-23 to provide innovative tools for transformation, enabling individuals to become Awake, stress-free & peaceful, as well as ethical & contented, productive, and generate self-employment opportunities to grow with a happier growth index amidst the challenges of the post-COVID-19 pandemic, while mastering the skills to become resilient to external threats. Skill Development prepares them for the 4th & 5th Industrial Revolutions.
2019 - 2020
Mezbahn created an award-winning documentary feature film "TINANJALI, a song of life" and released it in April/May 2019 in Theatres in Malaysia. The film won 11 Awards in various International Film Festivals including a Humanitarian Award for the year 2019 for bringing awareness to the important global issues.
2018
In 2018 "Universal Face Theory" was selected for presentation at various prestigious conferences such as Science and Nonduality Conference SAND2018 at San Jose, CA and International Conference of Spirituality & Psychology ICSP-2018 Bangkok.
2017
Mezbahn published the book "Universal Face Theory, a theory of happiness" in July 2017 and created educational modules to improve people's lives.
Mezbahn also released a documentary film based on the book's first chapter on the eve of Mahatma Gandhi's Birthday on the 2nd of October 2017 as a peace initiative. In Nov 2017, the book "Universal Face Theory, a theory of happiness" was displayed at the "THINKERS50" Award Ceremony in London.
2016
To promote world peace and harmony amongst the neighbouring countries, as Vasudhaiva Kuṭumbakam, Mezbahn re-engineered and released a Bollywood song from the famous film Veer-Zaara in March 2016 the “World Cultural Festival 2016” organized by “The Art of Living” in New Delhi, India.
2007
During 2007-2020, Mezbahn spent resources on research in the development of a “common theory applicable to human beings” to understand complexities in a simpler form and develop an integrated easier process for people to become AWAKE, “Self-Realised Professionals" ® in the shortest span of time for Mental Well-Being, growth towards Self and Organizational Benefits Realization.
